Easy & Friendly Terms Of Service                                                                                   

Professional Advertising will research, write and design your advertising. Upon your approval we will format it and submit it to the publisher or printer of your choice.

We will create first drafts that will look finished, but as you review them you may want to make some changes. We will make those changes and send the files back to you. We will continue to send the files back and forth until you are happy with the final versions.

We will use photography from our library when possible. These photos will be provided at no charge to you. We will also conduct photography searches as needed. If special photography is required, you would be responsible for that cost.

Professional Advertising will maintain copies of your files for your future use. You can modify your ad files later on for use in different media or publications at our published hourly rates [currently $49 - $69 per hour]. Rush jobs are billed at a 50% premium. Rates are subject to change. You may also receive copies of the complete, original Illustrator / Photoshop source files upon request.

You can use your advertisements without restriction for an unlimited time in any publication you want.

We will give you a flat rate or hourly quote on your job. We require a 50% deposit, and we accept Visa or MasterCard for your convenience. After you are happy with the final version of the advertisement, before it goes to the publisher, the balance is due, including any additional charges for photographs, shipping etc. Additional changes by you may affect our estimate, but we will notify you of any variations from our estimate that exceed 15% of the cost.

You may cancel the project without penalty at any time. Any unused time will be credited back to you. Just call us at 800-573-5633 to halt, modify, change or cancel a project. You are just responsible for all work completed up to that point. You assume responsibility for all fees due to default in payment, and interest is charged on overdue invoices. Any disputes are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia.

Printing, publication, or any other additional fees for services provided by outside vendors are your responsibility and will be billed directly to you by those outside vendors.

You acquire unlimited rights to use the work in any media for an indefinite period upon final payment. Professional Advertising reserves the right to present the project in its portfolio.

All work is original or is being used with permission for the intended purpose. You agree to hold Professional Advertising harmless for all liability caused by your use of our product to the extent that such use infringes on the rights of others. All final proofreading and approval is your responsibility.
